Y no es de extra\u00f1ar; pues el embarazo es una de las mayores aventuras en las que nos vemos envueltas las mujeres a lo largo de nuestra vida. Y parad\u00f3jicamente, en esta sociedad de la informaci\u00f3n, de la super preparaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y la hiper especializaci\u00f3n, nos han contado muy poco, tenemos vagas ideas y nos han preparado cero patatero acerca de este tema, \u00bfc\u00f3mo es posible?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>El resultado es que las mujeres nos enfrentamos al embarazo desde el desconocimiento, las falsas creencias y en algunos casos, desde el terror. Nos asusta este gran cambio, si seremos capaces de encajarlo, c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 nuestra vida despu\u00e9s, si sabremos cuidar correctamente al beb\u00e9, si sobrevivir\u00e1 nuestra relaci\u00f3n <em>en caso de tenerla<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de aqu\u00ed, en funci\u00f3n de la personalidad, intentaremos sobrellevar de la mejor manera posible esta embarazante situaci\u00f3n por la que \u201cdebemos pasar\u201d, como si fuera una medicina. Y la controladora intentar\u00e1 informarse aqu\u00ed y all\u00ed, buscando en internet, leyendo libros, encontrando recetas y soluciones para todos los gustos. La evasiva intentar\u00e1 hacer todo lo posible para evitar afrontar la situaci\u00f3n, siguiendo instrucciones de unos y otros sin cuestionarse lo m\u00e1s m\u00ednimo nada, deseando que el tiempo pase lo antes posible. La super-activa intentar\u00e1 hacer como si nada, siguiendo con su trabajo, sus actividades; sin que nada cambie hasta que las fuerzas la acompa\u00f1en\u2026 y as\u00ed cada tipo, en un lamentable intento de \u201cs\u00e1lvese quien pueda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>En este contexto encaja a la perfecci\u00f3n la famosa frase del Buda: \u201cel dolor es inevitable pero el sufrimiento opcional\u201d, y es que de hecho, existen maneras mucho m\u00e1s equilibradas y felices de sobrellevar el embarazo; y el Mindful Coaching puede contribuir a que lo logres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste entonces el Mindful Coaching? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De manera sencilla te dir\u00eda que es un acompa\u00f1amiento a lo largo de un proceso <em>en nuestro caso el embarazo<\/em>, que te ayuda a que tomes verdadera conciencia de hacia d\u00f3nde te est\u00e1s dirigiendo, a reorientarte hacia donde realmente deseas y a que realices tu viaje de la forma m\u00e1s fluida y agradable posible. Operativamente esto se lleva a cabo a trav\u00e9s de un sencillo entrenamiento dirigido a descubrir y familiarizarte con tu mundo interior, para que a partir de ah\u00ed, seas capaz de elegir conscientemente hacia d\u00f3nde y c\u00f3mo deseas ubicar esta nueva situaci\u00f3n que el embarazo te ofrece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Al tiempo que transcurre tu embarazo, ir\u00e1s adquiriendo ciertas capacidades que te ayudar\u00e1n a sentirte m\u00e1s centrada y en armon\u00eda contigo misma, al tiempo que vas reduciendo aquellos h\u00e1bitos que te impiden evolucionar. Y todo ello de manera hol\u00edstica: a nivel conductual, emocional y mental.
